The staff were present, but the room wasn’t clean and smelled like smoke. I don’t smoke and have asthma.

The guy who worked the next morning was really friendly and even handed us water while we waited for an Uber. The room itself was filthy, infested with roaches, and the TV remote was useless. I went to the front desk and they handed me a new remote, but it still didn’t sync with the TV; I didn’t bring it up again because it wasn’t a huge deal.
