While the hotel's facility was nice, there were some issues that detracted from our experience. The coffee creamer was subpar, and the shower felt cold due to a lack of door. Furthermore, we were initially given queen beds instead of the king bed we requested, and the shower chair we needed was not provided until the second day. The staff's argument that a luggage rack was a shower chair was confusing and frustrating.

The breakfast was great, and the location was perfect. However, the toilet required some creative troubleshooting, and the AC struggled to cool the room.

However, our specific 2-bedroom suite had some issues, including a master bedroom with inadequate lighting, non-functional blinds, a non-working TV, and a couch with a permanent slant and a gross pull-out mattress.
