The beach and pool were great, but the internet connection was spotty, the bathroom was subpar, and the food service left a lot to be desired.

The place was amazing and the staff were fantastic. Prices were good, and we enjoyed a boat trip and a cave tour.

Breakfast and the overall food were fantastic, and the staff were very polite, always ready to help with orders for both breakfast and dinner; everyone was kind, and for the price we paid it was well worth it. The room was good, but an extra nightstand by the bed would have helped guests place their belongings; otherwise, an update on our bill would have been useful so we could see how much we had spent each day.

The location is loved, easy to drive from Tacloban, and it’s very peaceful and relaxing. The only downside was that there were no cold beers available when we arrived.

The resort is well manicured, offers a lovely sea view and a couple of nice pools, and feels safe with good air‑conditioning; the staff are helpful and eager to please, and there’s a convenient on‑site restaurant. However, the rooms and bathrooms weren’t as clean as expected for the price—dusty, with bugs and lizards, and a lot of mould in the bathroom. Dinner food took over an hour to arrive and was lukewarm. We stayed in a garden villa where the paper‑thin curtains let light pour in, so it never got dark; there were no handles on the porch door, so you could get stuck if staying alone. The staff didn’t enforce the noise curfew, with parties going until about 11 pm and then volleyball and yelling at 7 am.
