I recently stayed at a hotel that had a friendly staff, but unfortunately, the language barrier made it difficult for me to get help when I needed it. The room was dirty, with stained walls and a bathroom that got flooded every time I took a shower. The room wasn't cleaned for four whole days, and I had to ask for the trash to be emptied. To make matters worse, there was no toilet paper or soap provided, and the rooms in the first floor didn't have working faucets.

I recently stayed at a hotel located on the outskirts of a main road, which was convenient for my needs. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a functioning air conditioner and clean facilities. However, the air conditioner did require some maintenance to operate smoothly, and I found it to be quite noisy. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there was no hot water kettle available in the room, which made it difficult for me to prepare my morning tea.
