Birubi Beach Holiday Park

“We were happy with our location to the areas that we needed to visit”

Great for beach access and close to clubs and cafés, but the screens and blinds need repairs and cleaning needs more attention, score 8.0/10.

“Was not change bed sheet, have no wifi for customers”

Nice location, easy parking, cheap compared to others, but the bed sheet wasn’t changed so it was full of hair and dirty; I called them to change it and they came, there was no Wi‑Fi for customers, my Vodafone didn’t work there and I had to drive to Woolworths for a new Telstra SIM card, score 6.0/10.

“Walk to the Birubi beach but in-room facilities and cleanliness needs improvement”

Did not have much in-person interactions with staff except during check-in and check-out. both the times they were professional and polite. They accommodated our request for early check-in at around 11:40am, which is another positive. 1. The room was dusty under the beds. Given it is a pet friendly room, we expected that the room will be clean. 2. The pillows in the main bedroom was extra hard and had difficulty sleeping the first night. On the second night I switched to a small pillow and could somehow sleep 3. The cutlery nearing the time when they need to be replaced, there is no kitchen towel. 4. There should be either a box of tissue or kitchen towel roll in a house. You do not expect your guest to bring everything. 5. The bathroom door does not lock. The lock works, but the hole of the lock is misaligned and hence the door can't lock

The spot is gorgeous, and the staff were warm and friendly, which always makes a park stay feel more comforting. The park vibe was cozy, and the noise level was kept low.
