The couple who own the place were very friendly and extremely helpful when booking activities; we also rented a motorbike from them, which was great. They’re always talkative and happy to help. If we hadn’t rented a motorbike, it would have taken about 10‑15 minutes on foot to reach the main area of Moalboal.

便宜治百病 雖然熱水器壞掉，房東已經在休息了還是出來幫忙處理，後面是直接換間 位置有點偏僻，但可以跟他們租兩輪吃油的交通工具. 熱水器壞掉，桌子有點髒，蚊蟲很多房門要趕快關好

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and it was close enough to the center to walk. The roosters and dogs were very noisy; sleeping past 4 am was not possible for me. It was more than 400 m to the beach.

I liked the environment. The owner was very helpful and lovely, and they let us rent their scooter at an affordable price.
