The room was nice and clean, but I was annoyed that checkout is at 11 and the staff started knocking on the door a little after 10 even after we told them we were still packing. They parked the cart by our door, so when we began loading the car the lady entered the room before we were finished and started touching our belongings. We had already explained that we weren’t done, so I think if I’m paying for the stay I should be allowed to stay until the official checkout time to make sure I get everything.
