“Sehr enttäuscht”
The hotel and rooms are very nice, but since construction they probably haven’t been renovated yet—time for a refresh! Unfortunately our room wasn’t clean at all: long hair everywhere on the nightstand, floor, and the whole bathroom needed a deep clean. We had one large towel for four people, no hair dryer, no toothbrush holder, no toiletries, not even soap for hand washing. We had to hand over our car key because it was supposedly in the video‑surveilled garage. We were on the road and had all our stuff in the car; after dinner our car was still in front of the door, and when we asked, they just said they’d bring it in soon. When we came down early it was fortunately still there, as we didn’t see a garage—our car was still outside. At breakfast the coffee machine was broken and the tea was lukewarm. There were no drinks for the kids.
