The spot is convenient, but the staff were unhelpful.
The location was fine, but everything else fell short of what was promised.
The customer service was excellent and the place itself is very beautiful.

Nothing special stood out. The room let in voices and noises from outside, and on the day of departure there was no water in the bathroom. The bed needs a new mattress and slatted base.
I really liked the location—quiet, private, and close to Nyali centre, supermarkets, hospitals, and clubs, and the staff, especially Emmanuel Mwamsi, Matheka and Pablo, were great. Plenty of water was provided in the rooms. The pool was overly salty, and the room‑service charges didn’t make sense.
