The location was great and the breakfast was good, but the shower was clogged and I hit my head on the poorly positioned soap holder at the glass door entrance—should be reported.

Breakfast is good. Staff attitude. I asked for an iron which the reception promised to deliver to my room promptly but they never did even after several reminders over the next two days until I gave up. On another incident the reception refused to speak to the taxi driver on my phone who could only speak Arabic

The breakfast offered a wide variety, and the staff made sure nothing was missing; the dinner service was also very complete, costing about €35 per person, which we found somewhat expensive; there is not a great variety of nearby restaurants, but that’s not the hotel’s fault—Algiers is growing and improving, yet still has a long way to go for good tourism.
