Very clean and comfortable rooms, the kitchen was tidy. The staff and family members responded quickly, with loving and professional attitude. I will return to this private hotel with great affection. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality.

From the moment we stepped inside, everything was spot on – the setting is stunning and the owners went the extra mile. When our taxi fell through, the owner actually drove out to pick us up, which felt like a real lifesaver. I can’t think of a single thing that was off; this is as good as it gets in Armenia.

We only booked a single night, yet the hosts made us feel right at home. The room featured a jacuzzi tub and even a smart TV set up for the little one, which was a nice touch. Everything was clean and the staff were genuinely kind.

The hotel feels brand‑new – fresh renovations, modern fixtures and the plumbing works without a hitch. The air‑conditioner blows cold air efficiently and all the usual amenities are in place. The owner was approachable and happy to answer any question, and they allowed us to check in and out at flexible times.

We fell in love with the place right away: the spot is superb, close to everything yet tucked in a quiet neighbourhood perfect for unwinding. The room was spotless, comfy and tastefully decorated, and the staff were always ready to help. We’d definitely book again without a second thought.
