Excellent staff, very attentive and helpful, and they’re also praised for their manners. The room is comfortable, but the front blindex door doesn’t block the view of the track and you can hear not only a lot of street noise but also loud neighbors; the adjacent room was occupied by people who didn’t respect others’ space, making a lot of noise in the room and then going out onto the balcony to smoke and talk loudly on their phones.

Location is spot on, but the noise starts early. By 5:30 a.m., there's chatter, pots clanging, and random knocks on the guest door—no reason. Can't sleep after that.

The staff were helpful, especially Juliana—she was attentive and gave clear directions. The room is a bit tight, but if you're just passing through, it's fine.

Loved everything—staff were friendly, the guy who checked us in was very kind. We arrived at night and everything was great, even better than I expected. The beds looked old but were super soft, clean, and comfy. Sheets were clean, soft, and smelled good; the bathroom was spotless with nice soaps. Reminded me of my mom's house. Breakfast was also good.
