The location was great, but the air conditioner didn’t cool.

The hotel is close to the airport, though it’s not walkable unless it’s daytime. Cleanliness was good, the bed was comfortable, there’s no elevator, and the bathroom was immaculate. The view is just an interior one. The only issue was the pillows, which were high quality but too tall. The water service was fine. The lack of an elevator is a drawback but not a deal‑breaker.

I liked that the hotel is in a great spot, close to beaches, the airport, and right on the Caribbean main road, plus the rates are fair. However, if you don’t request room service, they won’t bring it to you, the bathroom door lets you see inside, the fan doesn’t work well, the air conditioning is old and poorly programmed, it doesn’t hit the temperature it promises, and the bunk mattress is too soft and the bed slats feel unsteady.
