The spot was ideal for the national park and the treehouse vibe, with paddock views. We spotted wild elephants and crocodiles right next to the lodging. The environment was quiet and relaxed, and the staff were very kind.

Check‑in was quick and the staff were very friendly. Dinner was basic but nice. I was a bit let down when there was no fish curry, even though I understand it might not be in demand. The staff compensated by bringing us extra fish cutlets, which was appreciated. The room was very spacious. Breakfast was pre‑packed for our safari, which was lovely. For the price, it was perfect—we even saw an elephant near the lake, more than on the actual safari, haha. I can’t complain much about the price we paid and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I’d stay again. The bathroom in one of the two rooms we booked was very dated; the rooms need updating.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's food, which was top-notch, and they even packed me a breakfast to go since I had an early morning safari planned. The staff went above and beyond when I reported some issues with my original room, upgrading me to a spacious and clean one. However, the hotel dropped the ball on communication - I sent multiple messages before arrival and didn't get a response until I checked in. The water pressure was a bit low, but at least it was warm.

I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the hotel was, considering its location right next to the parking entrance. You have to turn into a side street to get there, and I thought it would be noisy, but it was actually really peaceful.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations - from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we felt sad to leave, but we were moving to another area. The hotel is truly beautiful, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again. We had an amazing time, and we can't recommend it enough.
