The hotel looks beautiful, both the rooms and the garden are decorated with antiques, and it’s very central. The staff’s service is exquisite.

“Soggiorno splendido”

The welcome was truly exceptional. The location is right next to the historic center, yet on a quiet side street. The staff are very kind and pleasant. The breakfast, served, is excellent, plentiful, and varied. The dining service is also outstanding.

“Lovely, but....”

The staff were very friendly and the hotel felt very unique. The garden was lovely. Breakfast in the morning was very good. We stayed in a suite with a private pool, which was very nice. However, although the restaurant staff were present most of the time, the reception was almost never around. There seemed to be a lack of communication between employees, so we were never sure if one of our messages would be relayed to another staff member. We were told to dial a certain number if we needed anything, but that never worked and we had to personally go and ask for extra towels and blankets. On our last day we were trying to check out and pay our final bill and there was no one at reception. The restaurant staff had to contact them on the phone and try to figure out the bill. All of this was very confusing and we never got a receipt. It was a lovely place, but I wouldn’t stay there again because of the conflicting messages between staff. It was very disorganized and they need to improve that aspect.

“If you want authentic old style experience, with everthing and more you need, than Kapitevi is the right choise.”

The family hotel is beautiful, with luxurious rooms furnished in an old style with tasteful details. A nice welcome gift and fruit were waiting to greet the guests. It is just next to the city center, only a few minutes’ walk away. The breakfast is big and rich.
