The hotel's location was excellent, with a convenient store and restaurant right downstairs, and a beautiful view of the river and bridge from the room. However, I was a bit annoyed when I realized they forgot to replace our towels after cleaning the room the next day, but they did provide them after I mentioned it to the front desk.

I appreciated the hotel's late-night front desk service and the friendly staff. However, my stay was marred by a persistent sewage smell on the 5th floor and a neglected elevator with flyers plastered all over it, which was quite off-putting despite the clean interior.
