The bed was comfy and the hot water was fine, but the yard was dirty and I had to call to get pass codes, which was a hassle.

The room was decent but not well lit; it did have accessories and amenities stored in the cupboard. The bathroom and shower left me disappointed because there was no hot water, and even after checking in with the staff, nobody could resolve the issue.

Our stay turned out to be a huge letdown. From the moment we walked into the room, a strong dog odor hit us, and soon after we found what looked like fleas on the room and our belongings. We called the property right away, and they asked us to send photos of the fleas, which felt unreasonable when you’re already dealing with an infestation. We’re worried our clothes, luggage and personal items might have been affected, and the whole situation caused a lot of stress and discomfort. The property should definitely inspect and treat rooms properly before allowing new guests.

I was harassed by another guest, and when I contacted the hotel for a refund they only returned my service fee. Don’t stay here.
