The room was fresh and tidy, but the TV was a hassle—had to call a technician on arrival to get the channels to work, and even then it flickered on and off.

The place smelled like smoke and had floor stains, plus leftover stuff from previous guests; I was told the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t offer me a different room.

The breakfast offered a great selection, everything was spotless, and we enjoyed a night by the fire pit followed by a warm, clean swim in the pool, so I’d return; however, the parking lot wasn’t cleared properly after the snow, and despite asking for the conditioner and body wash to be refilled, they never did.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to its incredibly convenient location near the airport. The rooms were not only clean but also very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Although there were no major issues during my stay, I did notice that the hotel was a bit lacking in some areas, but overall, it was a great choice for my needs.
