This family-friendly hotel boasts a stunning view and a great spot. The rooms were cozy and spotless, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The only drawback was that the rooftop jacuzzi wasn’t hot enough—after we mentioned it, a technician came and warmed it up a bit, but it still fell short of my preference. Also, the rooms lack air conditioning, which I think would be a useful addition.

We stayed in the Panorama Suite, which offered a breathtaking view of the Schlern; it was a large, well-furnished room with excellent beds and pillows. The food was also very good, and we had half-board. We definitely want to return. The only thing missing was a Nespresso machine, which we’re used to in many 4‑star hotels.

I loved everything, from the cleanliness to the food (it was delicious), the dining staff, the owners, and the reception staff who were super welcoming. I also enjoyed the afternoon snack and the relaxation at the wellness center and the outdoor whirlpool. The room was new, the bathroom was spacious and very functional. The proximity to the town center was also a plus, and I found nothing negative.
