I love the location, but the place was still under renovation.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the building is under outside renovation and the interior needs it more—cracks everywhere, fungus signs, run‑down rooms, a broken safe, a dirty toilet and seat that sometimes leaks when flushing, a shower drain clogged with hair, and a noisy air‑conditioning unit. The nightclub downstairs stays loud until 02:00, making it hard to sleep even from the 7th floor. Restaurant Alfredo serves good lunch and dinner, but breakfast isn’t really tailored for guests. Most staff are nice, and one young female waiter was extremely service‑mindful.

I was really let down by this hotel - the pictures online made it look like a 5-star resort, but in reality, it's a dated and noisy mess. The constant renovations going on were a major issue, with hammering and drilling well into the night, and the rooms themselves are in desperate need of a makeover. The facilities are also nowhere near as impressive as they're made out to be, which was a major letdown.
The location is great, yet the room was infested with cockroaches.
The property itself is good, but they cheated me by taking money at booking without informing the hotel or paying the hotel, then charged me the tariff again—ending up paying double for the same facilities, which was illegal and illogical.
