“Absolut nicht empfehlenswert”

The location is fine. The building is a total old shack hidden under a “retro” façade. The elevator from the 1950s is so loud that every time it runs the whole floor vibrates. With a fully booked hotel it’s a total disaster because the lift never stops moving. The staff are rather unfriendly.

“More than terrible. Very rude and disrecptfull staff.”

Maybe the location is OK. The check‑in time is 15:00, which is fine, but all doors are locked and nobody is at the hotel before 15:00, so you can’t even leave your bags. I was given a single room with a blocked sink and no soap dispenser or shampoo. The old man at reception was very rude and grumpy. When I asked to change rooms, he said “this is a 2‑star hotel, what do you expect?” He changed my room but told me I could leave if I didn’t like it, acting as if I was to blame for the blocked sink. If he weren’t an old guy my reaction would be different. Of course at that time I didn’t want to leave. I stayed very uncomfortable and will never return or recommend this place. They know nothing about running a hotel or hospitality.

“Gute Erfahrung auf geschäftliche Reise”

Breakfast was okay, everything fresh and the eggs were prepared on site. The location is good. The toilet is much too small, especially the sink.
