The view and location were great and it was a short walk to the beach, but there was no welcome pack, the boiler wasn’t working so we had no heating or hot water.

The area and coastline were beautiful, and the heating system worked well. However, the duvets were inadequate so we felt cold, and there were no extra blankets (except a dog blanket). There was no toilet paper, washing‑up liquid, or soap. The caravan was very drafty in the wind, the beds were uncomfortable with a hard mattress and not long enough for a tall person. We walked from Talybont train station for about 40 minutes with bags, and beach access was only via a ramp.
