Itu Plaza Hotel

The hotel has a trampoline and a playroom for kids, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I ate at their restaurant for two days; on the first day the lunch took over an hour to arrive because they said the kitchen was closed and they were using another one, but only my family’s order (me, my husband and daughter) was affected. The next day the lunch came in a normal 20 to 30‑minute window.

Breakfast was decent. The maintenance at the hotel was awful: my room’s shower thermostat was broken and I only had cold water, so I took a 12‑degree cold shower for three days. The hotel offered no alternative room, no discount, nothing. The TV remote was dead, and after they replaced it the TV was still old and didn’t support Netflix or any streaming, and there was no HDMI cable to fix it. The corridors were full of leaks and puddles, with little mats covering the water. The elevator button for the floor was almost falling off. The rooms didn’t have a double bed, only two single beds, even though I had requested a double.

Since there weren't many guests, a few amenities were missing, but overall it was still pretty good for us.
