The hospitality, professionalism, style, and comfort were all top‑class, with Leila and the lounge team doing an outstanding job. Reception, housekeeping, and concierge Melinda were also superb. Thanks. I didn’t mind that I couldn’t complain 😂

The hotel exudes a luxury art‑deco vibe. The room is spacious and receives daily turndown service. Many details are attended to, such as extra mats for a cosmetic bag. Coffee and other amenities are restocked the same day. The room includes a complimentary minibar with free beer and soft drinks. As part of the club room benefit, it essentially offers a full board experience with solid local and international food and drink options (the pain au chocolat is amazing!). It reminds me of what five‑star hotels were like in the 90s, and it feels like a “quiet luxury” experience.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast good, the room spacious, and the facilities great. A bit of mould in the shower left a smell in the room when we arrived.

The location is convenient and the rooms are well sized. Breakfast was popular with our family, especially the kids. It hasn’t been renovated in about ten years and it is starting to show a little.
