I was disappointed that the reservation got cancelled, yet I still received a call on the day I was supposed to check in, which left me feeling sad.

The spot is great, just 2 minutes to the beach, free good coffee, and the staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable. The only downside was that the AC could only be controlled centrally; the front desk gentleman kindly set it to 75 °F for me so it wasn’t too cold, so I ended up sleeping in a sweater and scarf. It was okay.
