“Fine for a couple on night in Delhi before moving on”

The service is very user‑friendly, the staff are helpful, and the airport pick‑up was excellent; the executive lounge is great, and you can have a solid breakfast, early‑afternoon tea, and supper, so you don’t need to buy other meals. I wanted to walk from the hotel, but as a single woman it wasn’t easy—I had to go down the traffic ramp, endure a tuk‑tuk ride, and then navigate more sensible streets. The worst part was checking out: they charged me the wrong amount, voided the transaction, I paid again, but the voided amount was still taken from my account. I contacted them and they fixed it, but it was a nuisance.

The location of this hotel is simply unbeatable. The whole place is very clean and well maintained. I loved the variety and quality of the restaurants. The food really surpassed all my initial expectations. Moreover, the staff was incredibly friendly at all times. They were always ready to help us with a big smile. Undoubtedly, receiving such treatment greatly enhances the experience. Definitely a highly recommended place to relax. We did have a mishap with a flag of plates in the hallway of the rooms; my friend tripped and cut himself. Fortunately, it wasn’t serious and the hotel assisted us and kept an eye on everything.

“Amazing hotel in Delhi, fantastic 5 star stay”

Fantastic hotel in the middle of New Delhi, all staff were super friendly and attentive, the hotel itself was beautiful, spotless, clean and very comfortable. The room had a fantastic view. We loved our stay! Thank you for everything! There were a couple of minor points that I will mention for future improvement, but that did not spoil in any way our stay: 1) the pool pics were a bit deceiving, it is not an infinity pool (no view from the pool unless you climb the wall behind it), and it is smaller than it shows in the pics. It was also with some work construction being done around it, so there was noise while we were there. 2) the food we ordered from room service was ok, but could be improved in terms of flavours, given the price. We ended up ordering from zomato with much better quality food and greatly lower prices). 3) The TV connection to internet (so we could watch netflix for example) was not working. We had a staff there fixing it, but as soon as the tv was turned off or in standby, the problem returned. The wifi internet connection also did not work for my partner's phone, only in mine.
