The only thing worth mentioning is the location. We booked two suites and brought a tiny dog under 2 kg into one of them. When we left the room, we had to put him in a running cage. There was no toilet paper, towels, or anything else. I raised several complaints. The price was completely inflated for the service. The room wasn’t ready until about 15 o’clock. Never again.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was about 1.5 km from St Stephen’s Square, where the restaurants, shopping and bars were.

酒店位置算可以,离地铁站步行5-7分钟. 此行体验最差的酒店。 9.19通过Booking预订了9.28-9.30的Premium room，而且是提前付款无法取消的那种。预订页面明确标注该房型默认配置为2张单人床，房间面积31㎡。但抵达酒店办理入住后，分配的401号房间（4楼电梯右转第一间）房型狭长，窗户小且位置紧贴天花板，像个半地下室，房间也仅配备一张双人床，实际面积也明显不足30㎡，绝对不是Premium room，和预订页面描述严重不符。 与酒店前台沟通三次，第一位工作人员让我等候核对订单；第二位理直气壮的告诉我因为我没有备注需要单人床，酒店有权根据实际情况调配床型；第三位向我展示了酒店内部系统（看不懂），表示当日酒店满房，无法更换房间，还向我科普了其他国家预定酒店时，对于床型这类特殊需求都需要客人主动备注。 我不是第一次预定境外酒店，但是第一次遇到这种情况。如果同一房型存在两种床型可选，预订页面为什么没有任何提示？倘若页面明确展示可选床型，我没有主动备注，那是我的问题。但并没有，时至今日都没有。如果预订后，房型、床型都需要酒店根据现场情况随意调配，那么我提前预付全款预订的意义在哪里？ 已提交投诉，也咨询过平台，平台表示是酒店超售导致的预定与实际不符。 强烈建议避雷这家酒店，如果不巧预定了，请避雷401房间！！！
