Absolutely recommend – a great hotel! Our stay was simply superb. From the very first minute we felt completely at ease. In particular, the staff: every employee was incredibly friendly, attentive and warm. Such excellent service is not common. We’ll definitely return!

I absolutely love this guest house and would recommend it 100 %. Ahmed was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home; he handled everything flawlessly. The rooftop evenings were a highlight, offering a stunning view of the Nile and a peaceful atmosphere that became our nightly ritual. The rooms were spotless and quiet, and the ferry was just a quick hop away. This is a rare, authentic spot in Aswan!

The location is good, the views are great, the room is spacious, breakfast is nice, and the staff were really friendly and let us check in early. It was a bit hard to find (it wasn’t on Google Maps) but the people were very helpful.

Ahmed and his wife were fantastic hosts, making us feel warmly welcomed. The area of Elephantin Island is relaxed and a great escape from the bustle that Aswan has become. The guest house sits just off the ferry (a 1‑minute walk), which is super convenient, and there’s also a shop and restaurants right next to the ferry drop‑off. The place has everything you need: a clean bed and bathroom, AC, and a rooftop area for unwinding. It’s a basic setup, so if you’re after extra amenities you might prefer a hotel, but if you want peace, quiet, and unmatched hospitality, this is a great choice.
