Friendly staff who quickly and smoothly arranged a replacement room (English isn’t widely spoken in this little settlement :-D). Because the entire hotel’s power supply was knocked out, we were given a room about 200 m away in a “lodging” in the building of the local food market. For our needs it was fine (hiking vacation), and we didn’t consider cancelling because we only needed a bed and a shower.

Nice location, close to MRU. Quiet and peaceful. The downside is no breakfast and a poorly equipped kitchenette.

The price‑to‑comfort ratio was very good; no luxury touches, but the staff member was incredibly kind and always met our needs. The location was great, and the lack of tourist infrastructure was a big plus. A short, budget weekend to see MRU and swim in the nearby lake worked out well 🙂
