The location. We found the restaurant closed at 7mins to 8 so we were refused admission but we were offered a sandwich the room was very dirty bed linen a disgrace and we left covered in bed bug bites some of which have now turned into rather nasty infected areas

Clean bedding and cotton sheets. Nice bathroom. Great location. Also received a nice friendly welcome from staff. The shower door was difficult to close. I had to use both arms to slide one shower door shut. The window blind didn't come down easily. I spent ages trying to find the plug for the TV - signage might help future customers to locate it. I couldn't find a hair dryer

The location us perfect Hotel Staff are just amazing and so friendly Nothing they wouldn't do Go over and above to help. Nothing I didnt like It was perfect
