I've visited this place many times; it's the friendliest hotel on Patong beach. It markets itself as a boutique hotel, but it's even more unique. Ann and Roger run a hotel that offers tremendous value for money. There's no pretense—everything you need is available in a small, budget‑friendly setting. The spot is fantastic, almost on the beach and a 15‑minute walk to Bangla's craziness.

I’ve stayed here multiple times, and it’s a very welcoming spot. Ann and Roger manage a great budget hotel that’s clean, friendly, and located in a prime spot for both the beach and Bangla’s chaos. Nothing negative—what you pay for is exactly what you get.
