“Pleasant for the most part.”

Everything was perfect except the receptionist. She was rude to my date and me because we arrived a little after 5 pm, not knowing that no one would be there after that time. We happened to meet her just before she left, along with another couple who had just arrived, and she scolded me like a child in front of my date, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. I didn’t say anything then, but that’s not how you treat guests who pay $150 a night. Merissa Manley. The only issue was the rude receptionist.

“Well located accommodation very close to all of the facilities of a charming small town.”

The continental breakfast offered coffee, oats, yoghurt, and fruit—tasty. Nothing to complain about.

“A really nice place to stay”

We really liked this place overall; the room was very pleasant and big. The breakfast room is very nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything is neat, clean, and well maintained. The mattress was not supportive (should be replaced). Many of the breakfast options were too sweet (sweetened oatmeal instead of plain, sweetened yogurt instead of plain, etc.), so not ideal for anyone without a sweet tooth. Small nits: could use another towel bar in the bathroom, and a nighttable with a reading light on both sides of the bed, not just one.

“Lovely stay in downtown Sutter Creek!”

The 2 Bedroom Suite was very spacious but a bit dated in terms of furnishing, especially for the price relative to other nearby properties. The unit was clean and had a full sized kitchen, and outside access through a separate entry door. Great breakfast inclusion—good selection of breakfast items and even an espresso machine! Walking distance to downtown Sutter Creek. There was nothing about the property that I didn't like, but there is no pool nor hot tub—a nice addition.

Great staff, friendly, knowledgeable, caring about our stay and their accommodations. Highly recommend a stay there.
