The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful, but the room we got smelled like cigarettes and the toilet flooded, so we were moved to another room that smelled fine but had a huge fresh blood stain on the mattress cover, sticky stuff with hair on the inside of the door, terrible lighting in the bathroom, no toilet paper, mold on the shower head, a dead roach on the wall, a roach I killed crawling on the wall, a child’s doodles on the walls, and other foreign matter—overall the place looked dirty except for the basic necessities.
