I was told my booking included an AC room, but when I arrived I had to switch hotels because the room had no AC. I called right after booking and they confirmed an AC room, yet at 9 pm before check‑in they said there was none and the check‑in was delayed to 10 pm. Very bad.

The breakfast was delicious, but adding one or two more staff would noticeably improve the overall experience.

We booked online expecting an AC room, but when we checked in the receptionist said only a non‑AC room was available and we were charged extra. We understand it was our mistake; the online listing didn’t show the room type. In the future, please include that info in the app for easier booking.
