The hospitality was excellent; the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was well managed with high cleaning and maintenance standards. The location was perfect, and the buggy service to the beach was convenient. Security staff made us feel safe throughout our stay, and the swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. However, strong, unpleasant odors lingered in the corridors, partly because guests were allowed to leave their shoes outside their rooms, which looked untidy and added to the smells; the hotel should address this. The breakfast selection was limited in halal options and European‑style choices, and a wider variety would improve the experience.
