Breakfast was fine, but the pool was not heated as the front desk had said; I asked for it to be checked but nothing happened and the water was ice cold. At happy hour in the evening reception I had to wait 30 minutes for drinks, and they blamed a water shock, yet it was still cold at night. They told me only a maintenance worker was available and nothing was done. I had connecting rooms, and one had mold in the shower; the hot tub was not in service. The room was very expensive, so it was a shame to pay for such a disappointing stay. The hotel probably needs a renovation.
