The staff were always smiling, cheerful, and helpful. We arrived early, left our bags, and went sightseeing; when we came back, our bags were already in the room, which was great because we had to climb a flight of stairs without a lift. The windows opened to fresh air. The location is excellent, just a 5‑minute walk from Paddington station and 15 minutes to Kensington and Hyde parks. The place was immaculate and we loved it. The room was small, not suitable for large suitcases, but we travel light so it was fine.

The location and compact solutions are good despite the small room size. The stairs are steep, the dining area is small, and after a longer stay the breakfast would become monotonous over three nights, but overall it was great.
