The location was spot on, right in the middle of everything. The only downside was the AC – it was either too loud or not cooling enough.

The staff were super friendly and helpful – that made the whole stay feel welcoming.

The team was attentive and the place is in a fantastic spot, but the bed was a nightmare – couldn't get a decent night's sleep.

The location is perfect, but some areas were a bit dirty and the rooms had a noticeable odor that made the stay less pleasant.

The receptionist didn't speak English, but someone sent us all the info in English via WhatsApp, which was a lifesaver, plus directions to the parking garage. The hotel sits on a square with a decent mix of restaurants and bars – great for a quick stop. The rooftop pool had an amazing view, but it was a bummer that the hotel bar was closed.
