A decent little old‑school B&B; the hosts were lovely and showed me to the room. I didn’t expect too much given the £60 price—Travelodge or Premier Inn were around £150. It’s a traditional B&B, simple. The only real issue was the bed: the mattress was worn out, a spring was sticking out of the side, and overall cleanliness was lacking.

Very good English breakfast, piping hot and plenty, but there was very little.

Very comfortable and welcoming, with lovely beds. The breakfast is great, though guests must order it the night before, and parking is provided.
