“Hospedagem central da Lagoa”
The place is well‑located, the staff were friendly, and the bed was comfortable, but the facilities need better upkeep.

The hotel was spotless, the location was great, the breakfast was good, and the staff were courteous, yet the outlet next to the bedside table and the one at the bathroom entrance had poor contact.

The location was excellent and the whole team—reception, housekeeping, and breakfast staff—were attentive, helpful, and polite, but every hanger was broken and the pillows looked heavily used.

The hotel was cozy, the room was impeccably clean, and the breakfast offered a wide variety, but the bath towels were low quality.

The location and service were good, yet the elevator was cramped.
