The location is good. The staff were incompetent and rude when a customer walked past the front desk. Their general irritation toward guests was noticeable. The room cleaning was lacking; there were no proper air vents, only windows, so many mosquitoes entered when they were open, and the air conditioning could not be used.

“Hotel simples demais”

The hotel feels more like a basic lodge with very minimal facilities. There is no kettle in the room, and even basic items like soap are missing; you have to leave the room to buy them.

The view of the lake is gorgeous, the beds are comfy, and the terrace looks lovely. But there are no hanging rods in the wardrobe for shirts and blouses, nor hooks in the bathroom or a stool for clothes. There’s no kettle, even after asking for one. We had to keep going down to the restaurant to get water, which was a real hassle. The price‑to‑value ratio is totally off. Breakfast was limited to a single coffee machine and stale egg dishes, only melons for fruit, no Sunday braid, and a small bread selection. In the game‑meat menu, only two ingredients were included; normally you’d get Spätzle, Brussels sprouts, chestnuts, and a pear on the plate, but it feels like they’re cutting corners everywhere.

“Super schöner Urlaub in einem sehr sauberen und frisch renovierten Hotel.”

The location is spot‑on: right by the lake and just a few minutes on foot from several restaurants. There’s even a small grocery store within a 5‑minute walk. At the moment, the room air‑conditioners can’t be used because there’s no approval yet, but the hotel says they’ll sort it out soon.
