The room was modern and very appealingly furnished, spotless, with very friendly staff everywhere and excellent service. The house’s philosophy of “enjoying organic and regional” was truly lived out and resonated with us.

In a 4‑star hotel, you should always expect fresh rolls from the baker and fresh bread at breakfast. That was never the case; it was always only re‑baked discount store bread.

The staff were very friendly, reliable, and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were generous and tasty. I booked two single rooms, 205 and 206; both were spacious, as were the bathrooms and shower cabins. The hotel is close to the spa park and the city center, with a beautiful park nearby. However, the rooms heat up quickly even with a awning and dark curtains, and there is no air conditioning. In both rooms the TVs are poorly positioned, making it hard to watch from the bed. The mattresses are very firm. Constantly turning on and off light strips under the bed and at the wardrobe base; the ones at the bed were switched off at the service's request. Unfortunately, there were no pork dishes offered.
