All the receptionists were attentive, but the MAPS access instructions were confusing.
The room was spacious, the air‑conditioning could heat the space, and the bathroom was good with hot water from both the shower and tap; breakfast was very tasty and varied. However, the mattress in room 103 was hard and the internet was unstable, making it hard to watch TV via online channels; I only managed to watch the four satellite channels available.
