The staff were very friendly and helpful, the kitchen was well equipped, and the common area was nice; you can also use the facilities at the sister hostel across the road. Unfortunately, a large group checked into my room at night, making it really noisy and ruining the whole experience; night staff should have stepped in.

Very kind staff. We were allowed to drop off our bags early because we were staying a night on the volcano.
