However, the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff made up for it to some extent. Overall, it was an average stay, and I'm not sure if I'd choose to stay here again.

I recently had a mixed experience at this apartment, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They went above and beyond to resolve an issue that arose during my stay, and their understanding and professionalism were truly appreciated. The apartment itself had its flaws, but the staff's efforts to make things right made a significant difference. Overall, the apartment's shortcomings were somewhat offset by the excellent service I received.
