The only good thing was the friendly and helpful staff, yet the floor had hair, the furniture was old, the bathroom drainage was weak, some rooms had weak air‑conditioning, some lacked hot water, and the internet was bad and kept cutting out.

“Ok for a night”

It’s centrally located in Medan, but I didn’t feel safe because there were many men in the lobby and running around the halls at night; the rooms had no windows, were a bit dated and dirty, the sheets were unclean with blood on the shower curtain, and the shower leaked and didn’t work properly.

There was no breakfast option, no restaurant, and the staff barely understood English.

“Value for money”

It was very cheap and close to good food and cafés, the staff were friendly, and the bed was large and comfortable, but there was no bolt on the door which made me feel a little nervous, and the room was quite dirty.
