The staff were helpful but seemed short on staff, and I think updates are needed; the pool area was cool, including the hot tub, and at least it was open, but the lighting in the room was poor, especially when the blinds or shade did not open. Loved the waffles!

The pool, sauna and hot tub were great, but the carpets didn’t seem to be vacuumed very well and had stains on them.

Breakfast was fine, but pretty much everything else was bad.
