The walk to breakfast was long, and there was no juice because the dispenser was broken.

The location was very good, and there were no complaints.

The place was in a great spot and the staff were helpful, yet the rooms were damp—floor‑carpet stayed wet and tile was slippery. It’s a humid season, but they need to fix that.

We stayed here in Nov,2025 and everything was great, which is why we came back; the only issue was the TV couldn’t get some connections, but front desk workers were always so pleasant. They did try to correct it, not a big deal. The coffee was stronger than usual, but still weak for NYers.
