It was filthy. I didn’t even sleep there. When I arrived, I paid the taxes too. Seeing the room’s condition (too dirty, unbearable smell, with 7 other people who seemed never to have washed) I immediately refused to stay there, fearing illness. I had to move to another hotel.

I had a terrible experience with the staff—disrespectful and abusive. I booked two rooms but was put in the wrong bed/room setup. I requested a refund online for the extra bed/booking issue, but received none. I ended up paying double, yet they still didn’t give me the key for the room door or the locker. This made the stay very uncomfortable and unsafe. The handling of the situation was unprofessional; I felt ignored and badly treated. Overall, I’m very disappointed and angry. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer service, refund process, and basic guest security arrangements.

The host was rude and the hostel was infested with bed bugs.
