The room faced a dark, grim hotel ventilation shaft instead of an inner courtyard as advertised, so it shouldn’t be offered to guests; it doesn’t match the hotel’s overall standard. Parking near the hotel is awkward, with difficult and expensive pay‑meters; the hotel should work with the Kromeriz municipality to offer daily or necessary paid parking passes nearby. A cheap covered parking lot is 10 minutes on foot.
